WOOHOO! I am down another pound today. Life is good. I didn't really expect any weight loss this morning so it was a pleasant surprise.

This new treadmill routine must really be helping. I am using the fatburner mode from 30-45 minutes depending on the day and depending on how much time I have on my hands. I increased the intensity tonight so all I could do was 30 minutes but I think that is enough to get the burn going.

I was fixated on chocolate today too. I finally had some- a controlled amount so I was satisfied and still in control.

There are days I wish there was a miracle fix to take this all off fast. I know it went on over time and it has to come off over time but geez...Does time have to go so slow?

I am thankful for:
* my muddy driveway- a sure sign of spring thaw
* paaing my ACLS test at work. Glad to get that out of the way.
* upcoming payday

Nice! Well done! And very well done having just a controlled amount of chocolate. This is one of my REALLY weak spots. Just having a little seems SO much harder than having nothing at all.

Well, there are days I couldn't do that and walk away. Now as long as it doesn't start me down the path to destruction! Also, I wasn't home the rest of the time so I had it and left. No more access. No more cravings. I was saftisfied. Ate it SOOO SLOWLY!

Some days it does seem like it will take forever to get this weight off. You can do it I know you can!

Yippee!,,, so happy for you always good to get over the hump. I hate it when those darn scales don't move.
