Not eben on for a few days. I got disheartened. I was having too few calories and eat more although I wasn't hungry. I put on 2-3 lbs and was upset. I am still on higher calories and still have gained weight but maybe it will go down. I am exercising and sticking closely to my diet. Went for glucose test on my blmore important that the weightood and its down around 30 pints, so must be doing something right.:) That's more important than the weight!. I guess everything will work out. May try out another diet planand see if that will get the weight down.

I started my DTOUR diet 4 days ago and exercising still. I lost weight today but feel and look thinner. It doesnt show on the tapemeasure yet but my clothes feel looser. I also feel stonger,which is good.
