Feel pretty good that I was able to get back to this number fairly easily after the disastrous last week. All it takes to stay here is do not go out for dinner. Just need to lose next five and then maintain.
125.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
