Weigh in 133.8; almost ten pounds since, I started with Fat Secret. Keeping the food journal makes me accountable and works well.
I just need to get back into the routine/habit of exercising at the center weekly. I think with Spring coming soon (hopefully) it will give me the motivation that I need.
I went shopping and ran a number of errands. Walked about 1 1/4 miles per pedometer.
