Back on diets started with the Military diet March 13th. weighing at 212 went to 207 in 3 days. went off for one day and back on March 18, weighing 208.6 dropped to 206.6 on the 21st. And started the atkins on the 21st. also as of the 28th. of March I'm down to 203.4. Hoping to go the full two weeks on atkins and then switch to the Military for 3 days and then just do sensiable eating from there. We will see how I feel then!
