Worked a 14 hr shift, got off t 7:30 am, drove 1 1/2 hours home, had tests to take and errands to run til 4 pm where I finally got to go to bed and I passed out until just now.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
