I'm working hard to lose more weight. Each time I go to bootcamp, I feel stronger and faster, but it's not painless. I have to tell myself again and again to be patient, it takes time to get back to HOW I WAS. Everything I'm doing hurts: squats, jogging... the simple act of stretching. Mentally, I have to tell myself to wait.
