Sitting way too much. I walked 2,450 steps so far today. It is 8:35. Probably won't get in much more.

It was a good day for food.

Ate black beans and steamed greens. But ate a date bar and some nut thin crackers. Didn't eat much else.

Not enough water yet. But, it's close to bedtime. Will try again tomorrow.
139.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
