Tonight I did preset workout 3.....potential to burn 250 calories in 30 minutes. Most of the time spent in levels 8, 9 , 10 work Max speed 14 mph.

I could notmaintain 14 mph. Not unexpected. But I did the whole 30 minutes & managed 10 mph & took about 3 short breaks of 10 to 15 seconds. I burned 200 calories & am proud of myself for not quitting

Gonna do a few more minutes now at level 5 or 6
