today began
Herbal tea raspberry no sugar
by 11:00 added a granny smith apple and grated red cabbage with a shot glass of vinegar and olive oil, siracha sauce and smoked paprika, lot of seltzer.
Working from home again so lot of sitting

Started snacking on dairy free bittersweet chocolate chips about a shot glass full and sipped on cold red raspberry tea and seltzer still hungry ate a hard pear. 1 pat size of provolone cheese. about 4 licorice candies spread through out the day.

Tiny slice of Ricotta Salata third of the size of a playing card and approximately one hot pepper in oil and vinegar. 6:30pm neighbors came over to say hi had a two shot glasses of Chianti and six black olives oil cured with a tiny butter sized pat of provolone. better not eat another thing because it is will throw off calculations going to work out for about an hour and a half tonight.
Trying to make myself feel better but the mirror makes me more depressed.
just figured calories 90 over what they should be.

Normally I eat less fruit but here it appears too many carbs and not enough protein.

You aren't going to see instant results, so don't give up yet! you might not like what you see in the mirror now, but with the right diet and exercise you should see results soon! "It takes 4 weeks for you to see your body changing. It takes 8 weeks for friends and family and it takes 12 weeks for the rest of the world." DO NOT give up, you've only just begun!!

Thanks blue box! I broke up the day by moving around a variation of Tai Chi could never have done at the office.
