Today was a very stressful day! But considering that fact I did alot better than i thought I would! I did make a salad the night before to take for lunch but poured my anger into shoveling the beef tips down! Getting ready to run 2 miles...then cleaning up and watching GI JOE! whoo! If that doesn't cheer me up nothing will :D
180.4 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
