Had 2 bad days - could not keep focused. Not sure what is going on.

Until I can find some motivation I am going nowhere fast.

Hang in there, my friend, & take it one day or meal or moment or bite at a time. I'm finally starting to feel better & stronger and I'm sure the recent sunshine & warmer weather is helping. Hope you can find some sunshine of your own! Thinking of you! xoxo

Hey lady, you can do this...the weather will get warm and the sun will shine and you will be in your garden, walking, etc. Think how fabulous those size 8 shorts will look on you on July 4th!

Buffy....the motivation is not lost. It may be hiding or taking a nap (LOL), but it's not lost. These longer work hours probably aren't doing you any favors, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do. Until your motivation returns, just make good choices within your plan, even if the amounts are a bit higher. Basically....just maintain. Keep your head up....the mojo will be back....you didn't come this far to fall off a cliff. You are much stronger than that!

Sandy - that is what I keep hoping for - I'll do great for 3 or 4 days and then Mojo goes back into hibernation. Think I need to bite the bullet and go it alone (without the Mojo). Let the Mojo catch up with me instead of the other way around.

Ruth - Thanks - at this point I'd better keep my goals very small. How about one bite at a time? And a little sunshine sure couldn't hurt.

Buffy...take a breather and get back on track after this weekend...you have a lot of stress on you right now...trying to do too much and working more hours is not easy...We all have to just let it go for a few days...Hugs to you sweetie...:O)

Get your act together WOMAN! Focus, plan & prepare! No buts about it. Don't forget to breathe and appreciate yourself while you are at this. We can do this as I was yelling at me too while I was yelling at you. xoxox

Buffy, this is a tough to get through, stress at work, a holiday & not living up to ones own expectations. All I can say is to give yourself some credit for what you have learned & apply it moving forward. Make your food choices as best you can, this is a Way of Life, not a diet...right?
