Well two days of really watching my diet has paid off. I suspect that much is due to water weight, and once again I have been starting to exercise. Sitting behind a desk all day is not good. In addition I have been sitting doing my taxes when I am home. Living Intentionally for me means taking one step at a time, and using a prayer to help me make good choices.
