I very happy with my results for the first week of the challenge. I feel I won't get derailed during the Easter holiday. My goal for this week is to amp up the exercise.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 27 March 2013:
1197 kcal Fat: 60.27g | Prot: 79.04g | Carb: 88.00g.   Breakfast: Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Toasted 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Coffee with Cream and Sugar. Lunch: Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Ranch Salad Dressing. Dinner: Broccoli (Chopped, Frozen), Couscous (Cooked), Boneheads Grilled Salmon. Snacks/Other: Snak Club Raw Almonds, Crystal Light Peach Mango Green Green Tea Mix, Yoplait 2X Protein Greek Yogurt - Strawberry. more...
