Thank GAWD the scale went down! :-) What is it about weigh-in days that makes me want soy sauce right before? I'm hoping for a better weigh-in next Wednesday.
170.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
