there was a time when i used to starve myself for 2 to 3 days and used to exercise on those days too ,i became too tired to do even the smallest of chores but i used to lose nearly 2kg on those days but used to gain it back on the 4th day ,i then realized that what was said about crash diet was true this weight lost is is just temporary like a fake loss ,the real weight you lose is one where you eat healthy meal along with exercise ,this way it might take just a little more time to lose weight but the weight you lose will not easily come back it might not come back at all :)
so eat healthy exercise as much as possible and the results will come
on diet snedan's own diet
