I haven't been very good with keeping my journal, but many things have been going on these last days.

Good news: even if I was a little up in calories when it comes to this week-end's eating, I realize that at least, I've been exercising EVERY DAY for 15 days! I don't think I've ever done that. So yay me!
I am also not trying to overdo the low cal thing and trying not to obsess too much about the calories.
Even if I'm aware that eating 1000 and exercising 500 is pretty similar to my old habit of eating 300 to 600 and not exercising, I feel less eating disordered that way, I don't really know why. Maybe because I'm eating real food, I don't know. And I know this is better for my body, exercise is good.
I will be spending easter with my parents, we're driving on Sat. and coming back on Mon. which means 5 mandatory meals with them.
2 of these are breakfasts, so I think I will be able to do something reasonable, and one meal will be with lots of people at my uncle's place, which means that people won't comment on my eating, hopefully. There will be at least 10 people there, and my uncle is a veg, so there won't be any special cooking for me.
For Sat, since we have a 6 hours drive, I'm gonna pack lots of healthy low-cal foods (I have yet to think through what, but at least one protein shake) in order to be full when we arrive to be less tempted (my parents always have loads of super good foods and know what things I love most. They don't have and never had weight issues, so they eat what pleases them, and since we're Polish, they eat a lot). And of course my mom cooks veg for me, so I have to eat some of her food, which is specially made for me.
The worst is that I won't be able to exercise, I really don't think I'll be in the mood to exercise on Sat before the drive (but who knows?) on Sun, it won't be possible, and I think that on Mon I'll be too drained by the drive.

OK apparently driving burns 130 cals an hour, so if I drive half of the road, I'll burn about 400 cals, which would be ok. I can do this for Sat and Mon (and that would prevent me from eating too much in the car, too) but I don't know if it will be possible, hubby is easily bored in the car, and he can't read (reading in the car makes him sick) while I can totally read and not get bored if I'm not driving. So I'm not sure if he'll let me drive.

E-cig update: totally helps me to avoid snacking, even more than the regular cig, the flavors are so nice (I'm vaping a very nice mocchacino flavor right now) and most of the liquids I have are sweet. Si it's very good for my diet + quitting the smokes makes exercising much easier, too, I've already noticed that my breathing has improved. So far, the e-cig is a total win!
