Had a BMI update last night with my PT. I've gained 4 lbs of lean muscle mass, and lost 6 lbs of fat. Net loss is 2 lbs from Mar 18th when I had my PHP done by the Fitness Mgr before I started with my PT.
PT is really excited about this progress in only a week and a half of sessions (5 sessions total) and mentioned an UGW of 145lbs, which I laughed at the time, but now I can't stop thinking about it.
He believes it's possible in the next year as long as I keep on the way I have been, working as hard as I have been in the sessions.
I'm going to try to stay away from the other scales at the gym, and only use the one in the warehouse at work if I'm really needing a reminder of where I am and how I want to stick to my goals.
All in all, I'm pretty excited about this direction. Especially the year timeline... but it still seems like an incredible dream right now.
We'll see how it goes !
