Wow-I wish I didn't find losing weight such a terrible process. I love my bread, I love sweets and I love to snack. So I am starting again. I know its like quitting smoking which I finally did do. The more times you try, the better chance you have of succeeding. My doctor said to shoot for a pound a month and keep it off instead of the 1-2 pounds per week. I was pleasantly surprised that I was at 238 this morning. This is down. So I got up, made my husband breakfast, exercised, I am drinking a Mealeuca access shake which I really should have had before I rode my recumbent bike and will drink 1 cup of coffee. The 64 ounces of water is measured and in the refrigerator. Water instead of diet pepsi and/or coffee. Spring is coming and I will be able to garden but I need to get in shape. So FS friends, help keep me on this ride. Oh yeah-I am addicted to FB games and I need to be more constructive than that too.

I fight with those carb cravings on a daily basis, why is it the food we love the most are the worst? I think the slow and steady way is the best way to go, that way, hopefullt, maintaince will be easier. I can't wait for gardenning season but its still a month or so away here.
