I weighed myself on a new scale this morning and it says I dropped 7 pounds from yesterday. I find this slightly hard to believe. I am going to purchase a scale and weigh myself on that one. In the mean time I am not sure which scale is correct so I'll put whatever weight whatever scale I stood on says. I should always learn to weigh myself at one time in the day, because that would probably make a pretty big difference.
244.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
