What on earth?? I stepped on the scale this morning and had to blink. Something is not right, but who knows. Difficult to log most meals eaten out, but things are going well, getting back on track! I had Thai coconut soup and shared an eggplant and shrimp dish, but didn't touch the rice. Tracking and journaling definitely helps to eliminate mindless eating.
