Oh Monday. Monday morning for that matter...mine = total bust and it is only 8:49. Woke up at 8am and supposed to be at work by 7:45. Threw some clothes on, let the girls out side real quick and darted out the door. I am not even going to bother logging my weekend foods in because needless to say I was a complete slacker on both my food and exercise =/ This week my goal is to walk the girls and job 4 nights. Not to mention cut down on those calories. Here is to hoping for the best :)

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 August 2010:

Oh I sooo know what you mean. My day today was just lazy and uneventful. I ate too much (but I did stay in my calories...barely)...here is to a better day tomorrow!
