wow is the internet filled with information or what but apparently there is a lot of contradictory information some say sugar or fructose is bad some say its good ,some say carbohydrates are good some say they are bad plus i read there are types in carbohydrates ,after researching so much about food sometimes i wounder what should i eat Although i don't agree with the things i read but i don't completely disagree either some places on the net said sugar is bad but does that mean one should not consume it well NO if your sugar level drops totally you will faint So from all this study that i am doing using the internet i have come to one possible solution for myself have sugar, carbs, calories and all that stuff but in a very small amount since i am on a weight loss process and after i achieve my desired weight i can remove the VERY SMALL and make it SMALL amount :) along wit my 2hours of gym

Try reading information from reputable web sites, not the sites that are trying to sell you their product.

The more you read the more capable you become of discerning what to take from the information you are reading. The sugar from a candy bar is different from a piece of fruit. The piece of fruit gives you sugar and fills you up from fiber and raises you blood sugar levels (much healthier than sugar from candy.) Carbs that are lower on the glycemic scale are much healthier than high glycemic carbs. Focus on lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Keep processed foods to a minimum. If you focus your diet on whole natural foods you are headed in the right direction. I try to replace white bread with Eziekiel bread, which doesn't contain flour and more natural. I replace regular pasta with whole grain and higher fiber. You can't change everything overnight. It takes time and you have to sort through all the information and take what applies to your life. Just keep doing what your doing.
