Despite Friday night Saturday binge out and two days of junk food the 5:2 diet, plus 1.5 netball sessions and 40mins of jogging triumphs :D
167.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
