I have been so happy with my recent lifestyle change! In January I started over, making myself a promise that I would not give up again, and not stop until I became the healthiest I have ever been. I started Yoga and clean eating, and now feel so much better every day, less pains, more energy and a higher level of happiness! Last month I also decided to become a BeachBody Coach and start with Tony Horton's Power 90 and ShakeOlogy, and I am doing great! The ShakeOlogy is my healthiest meal of every day, and I don't ever want to have to live without it!
I have even opened my own Coaching page on Facebook Here, and my own Health blogs for Food and Fitness, and I am loving every minute of it! Who knew the body image starved, lazy, anti-exercise girl from high school would turn out to be so thrilled with health and fitness? I even have a Twitter where I post motivation and health or fitness tips!
