The weight is shifting slowly but steadily ... yah!
151.5 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sorry. Some life changing events make us sad. It is difficult to recup from a lost. If we know what we are sad, that's a good start. You have a positive outlook in your situation and the first step to recover. Way to go!

Hi flaca01, thanks for your comment. Just to clarify, no kids have been lost .... due to death or other circumstances! Just the weight has been lost! You see, I was average weight when I fell pregnant with our first child, but was still a few kilos over that base weight when I fell pregnant with our second, and about four kilos over that original base weight when I fell pregnant with our third. So now that we have finished having our family (three gorgeous little people, our oldest is four, our middle 2 and our youngest six months) and I am approaching 40 it is time to shift all those extra accumulated pregnancy kilos.
