Sunday was a great workout, and it sucks, because I am still up about a pound from water weight because my muscles are still sore 2 days later. I am feeling better and I am getting back to tracking everything that I eat. I can do this. I am strong and I have the will-power to succeed.
I looked at my challenge for the next 3 months and right now I am tied with my husband for losing 1.21% of my weight. I am excited. I might be able to beat him at something or at least give it the old college try.
