I am worth taking better care of myself and being healthy! . . .Maybe if I put it in black and white I will believe it!

Didn't do terrible or great eating for the weekend, I did get some good workouts in though. Took kids and neices to see Croods, it was really good. Took a snow day yesterday (we got 13 inches Sunday!), did a workout, then shoveled and played in the snow with the kids. Haven't done that in years, we had fun. Slept in today and have eaten like total crap, total crap Ugh!!!! I made myself a salad for lunch, then went to McD's and got a cheeseburger and fries, why???. I'm mad at me right now, but I'll pick myself up and get over it. Hubby said he wants to get back on our healthy eating/exercise kick we were on before the holidays, Yay!! I need him, it was so much easier when we were doing it together. He's starting April 1, so I'll restart then too!

Sounds like a good plan... have your salad for dinner! Better to fall off earlier in the day at least. And I don't know about you but playing in the snow if great exercise. I'm always exhausted after. The 6 inches we got id almost gone. Now just to pray we don't get more!

We did all need a nap after playing in the snow, lol. I'm hoping ours is gone by Easter, but I don't know there is an awful lot out there!

Just keep on being persistant and you'll get to your goals. Think of it this way. If you were doing dishes and you broke one dish would you throw the rest of them on the floor? One slip in the day isn't going to derail all your progress if you get back on track and have a salad for dinner.

You'll get there. April 1st is just around the corner, so get ready. I did terrible on Sunday, and Monday evening also, but all we can do is try to do better the next day. We can do this!!
