devastating to make zero progress. and my ldl cholestrol is elevated. what am i doing wrong??? not being consistend, not tracking my food and not staying out of the pantry!
137.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
