Bad day today, and I should have known it was coming. Last night all I wanted to do was eat, and I did, and I was so tired. This morning I woke up feeling terrible, nose plugged, headache, earache, sore throat, and I thought I was over all of this. Well, I'm taking my decongestant and hoping I just get over it. Then, I get to work and someone brought homemade banana bread and someone else brought donuts! What's a girl to do? Luckily, the donuts are far away from me, so I think I can resist those, but I did have a slice of banana bread. I already added it to my diet calendar, but I'm sure it's more calories than it says there, so I'll have to watch myself tonight. I'm thinking going to bed early will be in my future anyway, so eating my not be a problem this evening. Today is definitely challenging my will power. I'm going to try my hardest to get my workout done this evening and to stay out of those donuts!
