Did well yesterday (except an Amaretto sour after work) and weight starting to trend back down. I just need to restock my fridge with Atkins friendly stuff!
181.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
