Ate 695 calories and did a 270 calorie workout yesterday. Started the day at a puzzling 255, but down to 252 this morning. I will try to lose that extra pound or two today.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 75.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
