Carlys Mom's Journal, 26 March 2013

Pretty good day yesterday. I probably didn't eat enough, but I've got the carb monster under control. Spent all afternoon in a meeting with copious amounts of popcorn, pretzels, cookies and sodas...I was shocked at the unchecked eating of some of my colleagues. I'll have the same meeting this afternoon and will be sure to take a Quest Bar in case I get hungry.
