So I've slacked, how sad, ive gained 10lbs in the last year, ugh I avoided the scale and look what happened, i don't know what it is, lack of exercise, cardio in particular, now I am cracking down I just turned 27 and things will only get harder later, i want to tell myself ive gained muscle (because i have been lifting weights) but i don't want to make excuses, so this week I am going to be strict, log, and kick my own ass, cause I need to get to my goal weight so I can redo my photo's and send out my portfolio. Wish me luck, last night i did 2 miles on treadmill a mix of 15 incline walking at 2.5mph and jogging 5.0mph, 15 min on bike along with squats and lunges, i plan to do 3 miles today on the treadmill as well as squats and lunges and maybe some mild weights.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

Do what you need to do. Whatever you can to motivate yourself. 30 min of cardio a day can make a huge difference. Keep it up!

thanks theblurch i think cardio is one of the harder things to stick to, its so easy to just put it off due to lack of motivation
