I lost another pound, bringing me to twelve pounds lost so far. It's been really hard, I haven't been able to work out for a week due to my ankle injury. I just started swimming againg and it is challenging. I really miss the elliptical trainer and working out with my ipod. However, I am really proud of myself for getting back to the gym. It had been over a year since I worked out, and I am working out now like 5 days a week. I love the way it makes me feel, I just have trouble being motivated and actually going. I want to do strength training, and I want to do abs and body scuplting. Lord knows I need it! It's just making that commitment, one day at a time.
