Today is Monday and I see this as a new day and a new week. I got up this morning and I hopped on my mobile bike. It was only 15 minutes but afterwards I felt energized and ready to start the day. One day at a time. I walk for lunch and when I got back to my desk I felt better. Slow and steady is the motto for this week.
