It feels great now when I see people that have not seen me in a while and say I did not recognize you at first ! When they say Damn you lost alot of weight ! I just take it in and feel great about myself !!!!

199.4 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed 100%.

Gilbert is lucky. He has a personal chef that decides his menu and counts points for him. Lucky guy.

I do too....LOL...it's me; so I guess that makes my Hubby a lucky guy too! Well okay if he likes to eat what I make! Again...good Job Gilbert!!
