Two years later and I'm back. I received a wakeup call today and I need to get back on track for health reasons. I haven't weighed myself but I'm sure it's gonna be bad. :(

So today is the day I get back on track. Right now I feel disgusting. I feel the weight around my midsection and chest. This will only translate into health problems if I don't do something about it now.

And soo....

Today is the day I improve myself one step at a time.

hello, i have by acccident looked at your weight history, what i can say is that when someone is commited to loose weight each day is a battle but keep focus, what i have been doing for along time (started at 117 kilos) i was running.. the problem is that each weekend i over eat as i love food and the scale goes back to square one . what it REALLY is working for me is that each weekend i have some sort of trial out among friends , small races not to win and when you have a goal during the weekend specially on sundays you cannot slack down thereforee cannot overeat my advice is that you radically drop crap form your fridge fill with vegetable and fruiit etc so when you have a cravin you dont have another way out then eat fruit right? and run for your life just run or walk . good luck - eg mylife is pretty full therefore i run at lunch time
