Really should have waited a little longer for that weigh-in...

Actually 4.6lb not 3.4 and I can't count I'm still over 17st (albeit by just over half a pound).

Nope. At that rate, about 3 more weeks or thereabouts. But... I have friends round this weekend. Then I'm out the 9th and 10th, and neither will be "good" So probably a month, maybe a bit longer.
