Lost the pound I gained yesterday. 2 days left in Biggest Loser contest but I may see if I can weigh out a day early. If I make it to 187 that's a 50 lb loss and that's enough. Plus I really want a beer.

188.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
