Yesterday 1 dessert took me over the breaking point. I won't go to restaurants for a while. No weight loss in 4 days....duh. I need to be more serious about this. Stunted progress can hinder the process....sounds like a tweet.

I know the feeling! I went grocery shopping so i have no excuse all the right ingredients are in my house and yet I still manage to stop to pick something up. I really wanna see progress for myself as well!

Okay yesterday was a better day - low carbs -- higher protein -- no hunger. I want to stop eating so much meat, but my concern is that I will get hungry and do something 'sugary', which starts the roller coaster going down hill. I'll increase my water intake to help flush out some of the cholesterol. Sounds good, right? I swear protein decreases my cravings and my cravings were like huge green and black monster thingees. They say our teeth and intestines are not meant for meat -- I think WE were meant for meat. Go hogs!

Haha I second the meat comment! I have trouble increasing my water intake. I drink coffee every morning but I feel like it dehydrates me more than anything but then if I drink water I just have to pee all the time and I have a desk job, I can't get up to pee every other minute of the day!
