Carlys Mom's Journal, 25 March 2013

Great way to start the week! I've recorded a slight loss, which in itself is a motivator to have a great week. The hardest part is taking the first step onto the scale and facing the number that's looking up at me. For some reason in the past I could lose the weight, but when my pants started feeling a bit snug or I thought my face was stating to show a gain, I'd quickly slip into denial and soon I was on my way to gaining all the weight back. I know I'm in a totally different place this time.

I've got a very busy week (again), so planning will be key to keeping on track. I'm still kind of stuck about what kinds of foods I can carry with me on the days that I'm running here and there. Hmm. Here's to a great week for all of us! Happy Mo day!
