Ate too mcuh today, cold rainy swollen lymphs, just ate too much. I want to go fix toast. Trying to talk myself out of it and fix herbal tea.!!!
125.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
