happy Sunday all

Have been absolutely stuck on the same 5 lbs, so my Dr put me on Phentergan, but only for a couple of months - told her I just needed some help to kick start my weight loss again. Still (sort of) sticking with Atkins, but eating Yogurt with grape-nuts for breakfast. Staying away from the breads, pastas, etc for the most part, if I need something sweet in the middle of the day, I still have my Atkins bars in the cupboard. Have been doing Curves 2x week, but going to try and step that up, too. Only 16 weeks till Daughter's wedding, and I really want my dress to look GOOD! I do have an alternate pick that I bought yesterday - a really cute black with white polkadots, hits a little above the knee. Wore it last night when we went out for Ben's birthday, and got TONS of compliments on it...when my friend posts the pic she took on FB hopefully today, I'll see if I can't put it here, and get some opinions!
