I had a really good week. I had only 3 days in which I went slightly over my allowed calories. I have enjoyed cooking items low in calories and keeping my journal each day at home.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.0 lb a week
