And, I'm back on track. Good food day yesterday. i had almond pancakes for breakfast, and used the leftovers to make mini pizza for lunch. Excellent idea! Next time I'll make the breakfast pancakes a little thicker, and then make the pizza cakes thinner. I didn't get things tracked, but I was careful to stay low carb all day. Dinner was at an Italian restaurant, but I had the antipasti and a bowl of clams. Yum. I'll get back on the tracking on Monday after I weigh in.
