After 3 cardio workouts yesterday I would usually be upset with a one pound gain but I did record a 3 pound drop the day before so this actually makes sense. I just hope it's the new baseline going forward.

3 days left in the Biggest Loser challenge and I certianly do not want to see any more gains.
189.6 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
