to be honest i was expecting to add more. i didnt follow the plan at all. the more i stressed about work the more i looked for sweets. you know, i always thought i ate meat when am stressed. i suppose i dont. there is something i have learnt about myself. i have to watch out for that from now on.

but .5 lb gain, not so bad. i have to make sure i dont gain any more next weigh in.
188.5 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Slimming World   gaining 0.4 lb a week
