Oh grrrr... I just never understand days like today. Most of it was spent outside, doing yardwork, but everytime I was INSIDE I was looking for something to stick in my mouth. I think I've pretty much got it figured out. It's a snacky thingy. Some days, for some reason, hungry or not, you just want to EAT something. I don't mind really, my calorie count goes ballistic, but my carbs stay under 10, so I'm not really complaining, just whining. As a plus, usually (not always) a rather significant weight loss follows... but, with this new committment to exercise, all bets are off :)
