I've been off track for a few days. Overall I liked the Alternate Day Diet.It does work for losing weight. I feel in my case that Atkins works better for overal fat loss. Even though I lost weight slower with Atkins I lost more inches faster. I think both diets can serve a purpose. Atkins for me can be used for overall fat loss. The Alternate Day Diet can be used for times when I need more variety. I still have not tried Chris Powell's Carb Cycling Diet. For now I want to go back to Atkins Induction for only two weeks and slowly follow the phases. Monday I will do a weigh in and take my measurements to see where I am. I'm also going to rejoin the Atkins Community. Find there is more activity and sopport there. Also the Phase 2 Carb Blockers are not for me. They make me sick so I don't feel they are worth he risk. I'd rather feel good and eliminate carbs the natural way.
I haven't recorded my food entries for about two weeks but I did write them down and will record them now.
I will also begin monitoring my blood pressure reading again starting Monday. It was good on my last appointment 123/77.
